Refunds & Returns

At Shoppy-Vers.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. Please read the following policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
1.2 Items that are damaged, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
1.3 Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale


2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [Armeellc7@gmail.com] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return (optional)

2.2 Return Authorization:
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

2.3 Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping, unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


3. Refund Process

3.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3.2 Refunds will not include shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item).
3.3 If your item was purchased with a discount, the refund will be processed based on the amount you actually paid, not the original price.


4. Exchanges

4.1 Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist with a return or replacement.
5.2 We may require photos of the damaged or defective items to process your return. If your return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.


6. Late Returns

6.1 Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.


7. Refunds for Gift Purchases

7.1 If the item was a gift and you wish to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
7.2 If you wish to receive store credit instead, please let us know when initiating the return.
